DEVELOPMENT

A dedicated team will work with you closely to clarify your objectives and review your opportunities. We devise a plan in line with your expectations and commit to delivering the project as planned. We also help with assessing ownership and financing options, overcoming permitting hurdles, investigating tax liabilities and incentives, and recommending occupancy alternatives.

CONSTRUCTION

The Green U.S. Builders team will oversee all pre-construction services, guaranteeing a constant line of communication in order to produce the most accurate budget, schedule, and logistics information during pre-construction. Additional support is recognized as needed to supervise site safety, constructability, and periodic reviews of the budget estimates in development.

MANAGEMENT

Green U.S. Builders construction managers are trained to provide pre-construction support through scheduling, estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering, as well as project management and inspection during the construction phase. From concept to design, bid to construction, occupancy to maintenance, we provide continuity throughout the entire process.
